NLBC Open Triples

Successful Nailsea Ladies Open Bowls Tournament

Nailsea Ladies bowls club hosted their annual "Triples Bowling Tournament " on Tuesday the 27th June at Mizzymead Recreation club.
Bowling teams from various parts of Bristol and locally where invited along to compete. The day was a huge success and lots of fun, all six rinks where in use. Everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed their day, especially the players and supporters, it was a very close finish, the bowling was exceptional. After the event there was a presentation ceremony for the winners.
Congratulations: "Yatton Belles" captained by Chris Lewis along with her teammates Nicky Jehring and Emma Claxton they where awarded with 1st place, and a cash prize by Trish Billington the Ladies Bowling President. Second place was Tyo and third place were the Quails.
